November 18 at the Educational Theater of the Higher School performing arts the premiere screening of a new performance by 3rd year students of the Acting Department (workshop of K.A. Raikin) "In the Shadow of Brodsky" directed by Svetlana Vasilievna Zemlyakova (Kuznetsova). The fates of the most interesting representatives of the poetic underground of Leningrad in the 1950-1980s, the poets of the “cafe period of Russian literature” (K. Kuzminsky) were shown by the actors vividly, indifferently, brightly.
The performance aroused the most positive emotions among the audience, who enthusiastically followed the life and creative ups and downs of the broken fates of Gleb Gorbovsky, Leonid Aronzon, Oleg Grigoriev, Alexei Khvostenko, Alexander Mironov in the shadow of the great Joseph Brodsky.
What is the play about? About the features of the poetic happiness of the underground, about the specific joy that accompanied the work of many uncensored poets and was associated with freedom at a time when the corridor of possibilities was narrow, but the poets managed to find spaces where they were left to themselves.

May 18, 22 and 27 - "TWO VERONES" - a performance based on a witty and light romantic comedy by young William Shakespeare.
May 19 and 28 - "Oh, how beautiful vaudeville!". The performance in the vaudeville genre is filled with music, humor and good mood.
May 20 - "DEAD SOULS". Performance-winner of the XV Moscow Grand Prix International Festival student performances "Your Chance".
May 21 and 29 - "FANTY FANTASIES" - a story about the torture to be happy and make others happy. A story about how people, even very close ones, do not understand each other, about how difficult it is for them to make their way to understanding.

SCENOGRAPH - it sounds proud!
At the end of April, the training of students under the professional retraining program "Scenography in the Modern Theater" was completed.
Seven people from different corners Russia have come a long way equal to six months, dozens of ideas, hundreds of drawings, together with the master of the course - theater artist Boris Leonidovich Valuev and other teachers.
A number of classes (“Arrangement and equipment of the stage”, “Technology of artistic and lighting design of the performance”, “Technology of scenery manufacturing. Modern theatrical technologies”) were held on the basis of the State Academic Bolshoi Theater of Russia and its workshops. The children managed to watch the rehearsal of the ballet "The Flames of Paris" and discuss its stage and lighting design.
However, the main work was done in the workshop of the School both on weekdays and on weekends - from morning to evening. The results of this work - a miniature world, which the students embodied in their models - were evaluated by the final attestation commission.

Also, young directors were invited to defend the projects in the hope of their fresh “not washed out” look and sharp questions.
The final certification included the presentation of a draft design of the scenography of the performance based on the selected plays in the form of a layout with explanatory note. All listeners successfully defended their projects, adequately presented their layouts, answered the commission's questions.
“At the final viewing, the listeners presented the members with the final attestation commission everything that was done during the autumn and spring sessions and the internship period as part of the professional retraining program "Scenography in the Modern Theater".
The exposition of each listener included, first of all, a stage layout for a dramatic performance based on a play, which each artist could choose from twenty plays offered by such authors as W. Shakespeare, J.-B. Moliere, A. Ostrovsky, A. Chekhov, E. Schwartz.
In these layouts, in fact, decorative solutions for the chosen literary material were realized, often unexpected and all original.
In addition to the layouts themselves, their stage-by-stage photographs were shown, demonstrating all the pictures of the scenographic projects. It is the form and method of change from painting to painting, their spatial and technical structure, their organic and artistic expressiveness were also a very important part of the work for us. Many put up and mounting layouts (well done!).
We also included in the exposition the results of work on additional short-term tasks - clauses, in which, for the most part, the originality and creativity of artists were manifested even more noticeable than in the main projects.

Kirill Gennadievich devotes all his strength to dramatic art and has not yet acted in films. However, his fans are firmly convinced that they will soon see their favorite actor not only on stage, but also in the best film projects.

Among her first performances, in which she took part, was the plastic performance “#Neballet”, where she superbly played the role of Carmen, as well as the musical and poetic performance “#Nepushkin”. In the production of Game Over, Alina played several heroines at once - Lyubasya, the Girl who looks like an angel, the Girl who doesn't look like an angel, and Mother Nelya.
Dotsenko is also busy with premiere performances - in the teenage drama she played the Boy, in the violent comedy Angelika became her heroine, and in the production Alina Dotsenko plays Rita.

In the production, she embodies the image of Nina. Shcherbakova is also busy in two premiere projects of the theater - in the play she plays Lisa, and in the role of Maturina.
In the cinema, Sofya Andreevna played two roles - Lydia in the detective story "The House on the Edge of the Forest", filmed in 2016, and Dasha in the crime drama "Cain's Seal", which was released in 2017.
((togglerText))Sergei Viktorovich dreams of being an opera soloist. Now he teaches stage speech to students of the Moscow Art Theater. For some time he worked in the Star Factory project as a vocal teacher.
The artist is actively acting in films. To date, there are more than twenty projects in his filmography. The main film characters of Sotnikov were Sanya in the military comedy Tanks Are Not Afraid of Dirt and Artyom in the family drama All for the Better.

The acting department will be the first to open, where the only tuition fee will be the talent of the applicant. Then the rest (already paid) will catch up - the faculty of management, sound engineering and lighting engineering. Such a set of specialties is not offered today by any theatrical university in the country. In addition, departments of vocational retraining and additional education, where they teach a variety of theatrical specialties - from a make-up artist to a director of show programs.
Konstantin Raikin told Theater. about the goals and objectives of the new school:
“The idea of creating my own school came to me a long time ago, although for a long time it seemed unlikely. I have been teaching for many years, but one day there is some kind of milestone, after which I want more independence. It seems to me that a developed drama theater generally tends to have a school with it: the Vakhtangov Theater or the Moscow Art Theater in their maturity felt the need to create their own school. Now the "Satyricon" has also acquired its own style, its own image, and it needs appropriate personnel. This does not mean at all that I will no longer watch graduation performances of other masters and accept their graduates into the troupe.
In addition, over twenty-five years of artistic leadership, I have accumulated vast experience in communicating with young people - not only with actors, but also with artists, technologists - on all fronts of theatrical activity. After all, the theater is a huge factory with many workshops, and each workshop makes me want to transfer the accumulated experience. So I plan to participate in the work of the sound engineering, lighting engineering, and management departments. Ideally, I would also like to have a theater department - I am absolutely convinced of the need for this profession, but I want to bring some kind of lively, loving stream into it, which, it seems to me, is sorely lacking today. If I see that some student has "director's" brains, I'm ready to deal with him separately.
As for acting, I will teach in the same way as I taught at the Moscow Art Theater School, to which I am very grateful: for the instant support of my aspirations by Oleg Pavlovich Tabakov (which I did not meet, for example, at my native Shchukin Institute when I came there with a proposal to set your own course); for twelve years of joint work with people close to me in spirit and excellent attitude towards me; for the invaluable experience I gained there. But now I am going to leave the walls of the Studio School: it seems to me that if there is an opportunity to conduct an independent business, we must use it. Especially in connection with the current trend towards the reduction of creative universities, which I want to resist.
In addition, the relative independence of a private educational institution from the state makes it possible to experiment more freely, look for new ways of learning, and at the same time not report to people every second. different levels training that control us on behalf of the state. Although the release parameters will be quite “according to GOST”.
If we talk about the education system, then, of course, I will teach according to the Stanislavsky system, as before. Although, speaking specifically about the actor's reincarnation, here the system of Mikhail Chekhov is closer to me, who believed that the image is "I" in the proposed circumstances of the role, that the image has nothing to do with the actor at all. You have to imagine this image, ask it a lot of questions, peer into it and thus get closer to it.

Practical classes are held in the areas of stage movement, stage combat, choreography, vocals, acting, plastic education. For students at the school there is a special Educational Theater. In addition, close cooperation has been established with the Satyricon Theater, part of the practice takes place on its stage.
Admission to the acting department of the Higher School of Konstantin Raikin involves, in addition to the exam, passing a creative exam, an interview colloquium. The exam program is formed by the applicant arbitrarily, but should include:

Faculty of Management
This faculty trains management specialists, organizers, producers and managers of large projects in the theater and entertainment industry. The theater school of Konstantin Raikin trains not only future businessmen and high-level leaders, but also cultural figures, followers of the rich traditions of Russian theatrical art, people with an active civic position, a reverent attitude to creativity.

The task of the Faculty of Theatrical Technique and Technology is the preparation a wide range technical specialists: graphic designers, directors of light, sound, theater organizers, decorators. The training covers all the technical aspects necessary for the functioning of a modern theater, plus a broad humanitarian program, since even a theater technologist must love the art of the stage and understand it well. The training of the lighting designer of the performance includes 19 different disciplines. At the end of their studies at the institution, students are waiting for employment at the Satyricon Theater under the direction of Konstantin Raikin or offers from leading theaters in Moscow.
According to official information, the faculty has two educational laboratories:
- educational laboratory stage technology and technologies;
- educational laboratory of artistic and lighting design of the performance.
